I love thé vivier serum a ton, it’s one of my ride or die serums. My issue was with the packing of my order. The first time my serum was forgotten and not packed in my order. And then i was sent a replacement which was leaking and i lost around a fifth of the product because it seeped out and spilled. Had no time to continue without it so i have been using it regardless. Just pretty disappointed with the whole packing fiasco and loosing such expensive product .

Two or three drops is all you need of this serum. Skin feels soft and brighter looking. Hexam face wash cleans skin thoroughly and quickly with no scrubbing, only gentle massaging.
The thing I'm not impressed with is new look to all products in this line. Seems totally unnecessary and serum was more easily dispensed from original dropper. Same issue with Hexam face wash. It is harder to control amount dispensed and more comes out than I need at a time. I feel price has gone up to help pay for this unnecessary "new look".

Love this serum. I’ve tried other medical grade vitamin c serums and this is definitely my favourite. Lots I’ve tried felt like I was putting water on my face and get hard to blend on the skin. This one feels more moisturizing and doesn’t have a strong scent either which is nice. Definitely recommend!

Years ago being a sun worshipper, had a bad sunburn on my back. Had a chemical peel on my back and was advised to use Vivier Radiance Serum anti aging and skin brightening serum after treament. I didn't even use half the bottle and my skin was right back to normal, couldn't tell that I even had a sunburn. Now many years later (with age) my skin on my back and shoulders have dark patches or hyperpigmentaion. I ordered from your website remembering about this amazing product that saved me years ago.
