Return Extension
Unopened, and unused, products purchased from November 25th, 2025 to December 19th, 2024 can be returned or exchanged in their original packaging for a refund or store credit if a return is initiated before January 15th, 2025. Please email us at hello@skinvault.ca to initiate a return.
Shipping Time
Just like Santa and his reindeer, we want to get you your package as quickly as possible. Here are some example shipping times from our warehouse. Please note: These are guidelines and NOT guarantees. Couriers are often delayed during the holiday season.

Shipping time to Atlantic Canada, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut varies and is usually no more than 7 business days via Canada Post.
*Our elves may be fuelled by hot cocoa and candy canes, but they still need at least 1-2 business days on average (and longer around Black Friday & Cyber Monday) to package most orders, before shipping. 98% of all orders are DELIVERED well within 5 days of the order being placed, and we are striving to keep up that high standard during the most (busy) wonderful time of the year. Carrier delays are increasingly common during the holidays due to volume and other unforeseen events, and are unfortunately not something we can control. Ordering early is the best practice!
Please note that all quoted shipping times refer to the transit days after which the courier has received your package, and is different from processing time (the time it takes our team to package and ready your order for shipping) which can be approximately 1 - 2 business days before shipping (and significantly longer around Black Friday / Cyber Monday), depending on order volume. Transit Days and Processing Time are Monday - Friday, and exclude weekends, and holidays.

As a condition to your use of this website and ordering, you agree that neither the courier (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS) or SkinVault.ca can or will be held liable for packages that are marked as Delivered and are subsequently stolen or end up missing. If a package has disappeared from your property after being Delivered you must report the theft to the local Police Department and file a claim with your home insurance. A refund will not be issued by the courier or SkinVault.ca, and products will not be re-sent by SkinVault.ca. If you will not be available at the time of your Delivery, it is best to contact the courier to reschedule Delivery to avoid this potential (albeit rare) problem. All couriers are outfitted with a GPS device, and regardless if a Signature is required or not, the location of the courier at the time of Delivery is logged and will be used as evidence that the package was properly Delivered.
Packages marked Return to Sender, Undeliverable, or Refused, will not be fully refunded. The full, actual cost of shipping (a receipt will be provided to you) and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted. A small fee may apply to have the package re-sent.
Packages are insured while "In Transit" only and if there is a problem with your shipment PRIOR to it being marked as "Delivered", we will be able to file an insurance claim, and ultimately re-send your purchase.
