I love the product but was very disappointed in the service I received. After I ordered several products on Black Friday Sales, I received an email saying they were having back order issues and my items would be coming in different shipments and it might take some time. I received everything but this product. Come middle of January, I really needed this product. I found it tough to find the right communication either email or phone to get anyone to respond. However, the product arrived the very next day. If I had to wait longer for this particular product - just let me know it is on the way. If it was missed being sent, but now is sent - let me know that too. I felt I was forgotten.

I do like this product, but I prefer the Daily Power Defense (DPD) more. I feel like this product adds emphasis on my aging skin. It does add a glowy dewy appearance. It's just not for me. It does feel refreshing and soothing though which I like. It does have potent ingredients, but for the price I'll stick with my Zo DPD.
